Tells of Frank Bender’s work as a forensic artist and founding member of the Vidocq Society, to bring attention and resolution to hundreds of neglected murders of women near Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. From this work, Frank and his daughter Vanessa have donated time and talents to assist the Ni Una Mas project (Not One More).
