SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:  More then 250,000 signatures and documents examined involving wills, fraud, checks, typewriter identifcation, contracts, lawsuits, medical malpractice, election  petitions, anonymous letters, ink and paper dating, and differentiation.
CONSULTANT: To banking, law, insurance and security firms, defender's associations, and many other large corporations and government agencies including the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Case Evaluation: As manager of the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare Double Payment Program, achieving a court conviction rate of more than 90% in the investigation and prosecution of welfare check fraud.
Testifying:  Making more than 500 expert witness court appearances in vicinages in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Delaware, Massachusetts, Connecticut, California, Nevada, and Utah. testifying in local, state and federal courts.

CAREER: Self-employed document examiner - 1974 to Present.  Commonwealth of Pennsylvania: 1971- 1977 - various capacities, Bureau of Claim Settlement, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, Philadelphia.  Special Prosecution Agent 1978-1986.
